Finally made it to @tophatterskitchen in San Leand Finally made it to @tophatterskitchen in San Leandro and now I see what all the hubbub is about! For example sublime mushroom pate with hemp seed oil with the most delicious array of pickled vegetables - and watermelon rind - and crackers. The 3 meat dish with lettuce and vermicelli noodles is a must. And we wandered to Koolfi ice cream nearby for dessert. San Leandro always has a surprise around the corner and so many cool vintage buildings stuck in time, in a good way. It's a really cool and friendly place to visit and live!
