So inspired and in love with Berkeley all over aga So inspired and in love with Berkeley all over again after broker tour today. Many of the homes for sale right now had very longtime owners who made thoughtful updates over the years. 1170 Colusa in North Berkeley listed by @team_yuyu is a real standout with the beautifully remodeled kitchen and coffee nook, paired with luscious vintage tile in several rooms as well as cozy spaces, surrounded by greenery.
