Have you always dreamed of living in Alameda and thought you might only be able to afford a condo or townhouse?
That was our target buyer for marketing the Alameda Dream home — a 1 bedroom house at 2838 Fillmore
Selling a one-bedroom house is a tall order, even in Alameda’s coveted East End neighborhood.
The winning formula for selling a tiny house
- We fixed up little things and touched up paint, all that you might think aren’t important to buyers but make a property move-in ready.
- We held multiple open houses, mailed marketing postcards, hosted broker tours, and invested in beautiful photography and a dedicated property website with a 3D Matterport tour, video, floorplan, and lots of pics and info so that remote buyers could get the full picture.
- We staged the property to give buyers a feel for how this adorable little house would look when decorated.
- To reach the most possible agents, Susie proactively contacted agents with a high likelihood of having qualified buyers.

Client review of Susie Wyshak:
“Susie goes above and beyond
Susie is the most thorough real estate agent I have ever worked with. She employed every strategy – and more – to expose our home to the widest audience. She is also super helpful and a great communicator.”

A dedicated dining room with a mid-century light fixture to inspire, along with several windows overlooking the fenced back yard. Dreamy.

A totally cool studio that your colleagues and friends will think is a fake video background. Or could be the backdrop for your next great creative endeavor.

A sprinkler-watered front garden landscaped with low-water flowering plants, a joy to behold whether from home or as you arrive home.

The garage is off the laundry room which is off the kitchen. Speaking of off, there’s off street parking in the driveway. A Mini or Fiat style mini car might very well fit into this garage which is outfitted with an EV charging outlet. But it really might be tempting to use the garage as a room for working out, play and whatever else inspires!
